Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations permitted up to five (5) business days before project start
Proportional charges apply once work has commenced
No refunds are available for completed milestones or delivered strategy outputs

All product, material, partner, and operational data shared during the engagement is treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared without written client consent.
Intellectual Property
Alive Organizations retains intellectual property rights for all circular economy methodologies, analytical models, and tools.
Client-specific roadmaps, analyses, and strategic outputs are licensed for internal use only and may not be resold or redistributed without written approval.
Policy Updates
Alive Organizations may update this policy to reflect regulatory developments, circular economy best practices, or technological advancements.
Clients will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any material changes.
